A studio built around shipping, not billing hours
Where ideas meet code and transform into impact. We are roughly forty engineers and designers who would rather hand you a working system and clear documentation than a long engagement.

We started because we kept inheriting the same mess
Almost every project we take over arrives the same way: a product that worked fine at ten users, an agency that has moved on, and a team afraid to touch the deployment script. The code is rarely the real problem. The real problem is that nobody wrote down why any of it was built that way.
So we built the studio around the opposite habits. Decisions get documented as they are made. Something demonstrable goes to staging every week. Infrastructure is defined as code in an account you own. And when an engagement ends, your engineers get a handover period with ours — not a zip file and a phone number that stops being answered.
It makes us easier to leave, which sounds like bad business. In practice it is the reason most of our work comes from clients who already left once and came back for the next thing.
Four rules we do not bend
These are the commitments clients actually hold us to, and the reason some engagements do not start at all.
Ship weekly, not quarterly
Long silent build phases hide problems. Something real goes to staging every week, so course corrections cost days instead of months.
Own the code you pay for
Your repository, your cloud account, your data. No proprietary lock-in, no hostage situation at renewal time. We document ourselves out of a job.
Say the hard thing early
If a feature will not earn its cost, we say so before the invoice, not after. Being pleasant to deal with is not the same as being agreeable.
Measure, then optimise
Opinions about performance are cheap. We instrument first, find where the time actually goes, and fix that — often it is not where anyone guessed.
Seven years, deliberately slowly
Two engineers, one contract
Started as a two-person team rebuilding a failing logistics dashboard. It shipped in nine weeks and the client is still with us.
First platform engagement
Moved from project work to long-running platform ownership — multi-tenant SaaS, billing, the parts nobody demos but everybody needs.
Security practice formed
Enough regulated clients arrived that we hired dedicated security engineers rather than contracting the work out.
AI engineering team
Built an evaluation-first AI practice after watching too many promising demos fail the moment real documents hit them.
Forty and holding
Deliberately capped headcount at around forty. Large enough to staff real platforms, small enough that principals stay on projects.
The people who will actually be on your project
Principals stay on engagements rather than appearing for the pitch and vanishing after kickoff.
